WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, candles cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are damaged. Please send pictures of the damage along with your exchange request to simplymagnoliacandleco@gmail.com.
If your skin care product is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of purchase and we can exchange it for the same one purchased. Please send your exchange request to simplymagnoliacandleco@gmail.com.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
